Ken brings a wealth of financial services experience to his role as a real estate Executive. With 25 years' experience in banking, Ken held various positions including: small business advisor, team lead for the western credit adjudication centre, regional sales manager, assistant branch manager and finally branch manager. Through his work in the banking industry he developed a keen interest in real estate and, understanding that growth requires change, Ken decided to pursue a real estate career in 2014. He understands and appreciates how the two industries (banking and real estate) connect, and the challenges to be found in each. To put it simply - he speaks both languages.
Success in real estate followed Ken's success in banking. He bases his approach on listening to his clients and understanding them first. Then, he utilizes his expertise to help advise and guide them, always keeping the "big picture" in mind. He has all the detailed knowledge you could want; he just knows how to put it in context.
Ken's unending patience and empathy have served him well as a family man too. He is the proud father to 3 girls and 1 boy (including twins) and has managed to balance successful careers with plenty of family time. Also, he's a bit of a walking encyclopedia, so don't be surprised if he has some fun trivia to go along with the useful information he gives you. .
